Within New York City, sessions are conducted wherever you are. We come to you, work one-on-one, and provide any necessary equipment. The majority of the sessions we perform are held in-home or within in-building gyms. For those who prefer a health club/personal training studio atmosphere, there are many private personal training studios where sessions can be held (additional facility usage fees typically apply).
